2022 overview

2022 has been an eventful year for Scaffold Finance! We are proud to say that we have secured over £2million worth of finance for a multitude of businesses within the UK scaffolding industry. It means so much to us that we are able to assist in the growth and success of a sector that we know so well.

The Lighthouse Club

This year we also began supporting The Lighthouse Club charity. The Lighthouse Club provides emotional, physical, and financial wellbeing support to those who work within the construction industry. Did you know that two construction workers will take their own life every working day in the UK? Also, being an occupation that requires a great deal of physical toll, there are over 82,000 new cases of work-related illnesses every year that can be directly linked to working within construction.

The Lighthouse Club rely solely on the generosity of those who donate, as opposed to government funding. That’s why it is so important for people like us to support those struggling in the industry.

The Scaffolding Association

This year we also maintained our commitment to the industry by renewing our membership with The Scaffolding Association. The Scaffolding Association work to raise standards of safety, quality, and workforce skills for scaffolding companies across the UK. And as a member, we are more than happy share our leasing and asset finance expertise with fellow members of the association and offer guidance where needed.
